Indigo’s massage style is slow, rhythmic, and deeply intuitive, allowing muscles and fascia to release naturally. This gentle yet effective approach enables deeper restorative work with minimal to no discomfort. Many of her clients experience the therapeutic relief they seek while still leaving their sessions feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Her journey into massage therapy began after managing a massage clinic for several years, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact massage has on overall health and well-being. Wanting a more hands-on role in helping others, she pursued her education at the Florida College of Natural Health, earning an advanced therapeutic certification. This training equipped her with the expertise to support her clients' physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Reflecting on her career, Indigo shares, “Creating a safe and therapeutic space for others has given me a fulfillment unlike any other, which is why I am still practicing 10 years later.”
Beyond massage, Indigo sees creativity as another powerful form of self-improvement and healing. She is passionate about music production and performance, novel writing, drawing, painting, photography, and photo editing. She believes these artistic pursuits not only enhance her personal well-being but also keep her grounded, inspired, and creative in her therapeutic approach with clients.
In addition to her expertise in massage therapy, Indigo is also a certified yoga instructor, having earned her RYS 200-Hour Yoga Certification at Kindness Yoga.
