Indigo is a licensed massage therapist with advanced training in Structural Integration, therapeutic massage, and RYS-200 yoga instruction. With over 17 years in health and wellness, she brings a deeply informed and intuitive approach to bodywork—specializing in helping clients rebalance, realign, and move with greater ease.
Her Structural Integration sessions focus on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia using slow, intentional techniques and adaptive pressure. This method allows tissues to relax naturally rather than tense or guard, creating lasting changes in posture, mobility, and long-held fascial patterns. Each session begins with an assessment of posture, gait, and range of motion and ends with personalized guidance to support progress between visits.
While Indigo offers a variety of services, she loves longer sessions where she can work thoroughly and incorporate enhancements like cupping. She specializes in treating the neck, shoulders, back, and hips.
Indigo’s path into massage began while managing a massage clinic, where she witnessed the profound impact therapeutic touch can have on both physical and emotional wellbeing. Inspired, she trained at the Florida College of Natural Health and continued with Advanced Therapeutic Massage Training, launching a decade-long career dedicated to helping others feel and function their best.
Outside the studio, Indigo is a passionate creative—writing, making music, and exploring visual arts. She believes creativity and bodywork share a common purpose: supporting healing, self-connection, and overall wellbeing.
