I had a great massage from Toby at the new Lakewood location. It was my first time at Renew and the facility it clean and very nicely set up. The room was welcoming, yet simple. Toby was relaxing, clear and communicated just enough to create a great massage without too much conversation. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

This review is long overdue, my first appointment was with Tammy at the Applewood location about 5 years ago. I was looking for a massage therapist but instead I found the hands of a god. She kindly removed all my knots and aches. Once I got pregnant she give me my first prenatal I was so nervous but Tammy reassure me and she helped me so much. She moved to management so then I moved on to KJ (Denver location). KJ is the best massage therapist she helped with sciatic pain and she made my pregnancy a beautiful experience. I had so much aches from carrying a big baby every time I laid on her table my whole body was in heaven. After postpartum KJ was part of my healer team between Jess they were able to help me not only physically recover but mentally as well. Jess listened to me and cared for me so much, she has a special place in my heart. KJ helped me through my postpartum surgery. Grateful for both of them dearly. Recently I have been seeing Jess and Erin at the applewood location now Lakewood location. They’re both amazing people and they’re hands down great. Thank you all at Renew Massage the whole time is amazing. I kindly suggest for book your appointment, I recommend the whole team.
