Emiliana was fantastic! I had a stiff neck and tight back and it hurt to turn my head. She made me feel fantastic after the massage and got me ready for the upcoming week. I felt like she knew the science of muscles and was super consultative.

I’ve only been to Renew a couple of times but both experiences were great. I was able to get in with Indigo which I had been trying to for a while now but couldn’t match my schedule. Indigo is a great massage therapist whether you’re looking for relief, structural work with some problem solving and or a some solid feel good relaxation. I’m pretty sure Indigo can do it all. Looking forward to getting back on their schedule again sometime . Facility, admin, booking is all very good and convenient too

Nadia is amazing & really works out the issues. Her knowledge of the body along with deep tissue release is impressive. Renew has a special nack for hiring some of the BEST & most highly trained therapists. I am a MT myself (20 yrs) & have received from many of Renew’s team. It doesnt matter if they’re fresh out of school or 20+ years in, each therapist has their own unique touch/style & all have been extraordinary.
