My husband got me a 60-minute massage for Mother's Day and it was wonderful. Emiliana was my massage therapist and she was very thorough in understanding what I was looking for and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The heated massage table, aromatherapy add-on (thanks babe!), hot towels, etc. It was a glorious 60 minutes, and I'd happily recommend Renew to anyone in the Denver area looking for a relaxing treatment. Emiliana mentioned to me that she specialized in prenatal and postpartum massage, which I would've definitely loved to take advantage of while pregnant or newly postpartum.

You can tell they truly understand how to work with the body safely during recovery while still supporting proper lymphatic drainage. I was dealing with swelling, inflammation, and tenderness around my lymph nodes, and even after just one session, I noticed a significant improvement. The areas that felt tight and uncomfortable were visibly less swollen, and the pain was greatly reduced. What stood out most was how relaxing the entire experience was, despite being such an important part of my recovery process. It never felt clinical or uncomfortable—just deeply soothing while still delivering real results. I left feeling lighter, less inflamed, and genuinely supported in my healing.
