Nadia is amazing & really works out the issues. Her knowledge of the body along with deep tissue release is impressive. Renew has a special nack for hiring some of the BEST & most highly trained therapists. I am a MT myself (20 yrs) & have received from many of Renew’s team. It doesnt matter if they’re fresh out of school or 20+ years in, each therapist has their own unique touch/style & all have been extraordinary.

Ive been to both locations and have always had a top-tier, excellent massage. Opal at the Denver location - they're strong, precise, and very good at setting the room in a way that promotes maximum relaxation. Yuzuki at the Golden location - excellent technique, communication, and focus on comfort. Helped me tremendously with chronic aches caused by a deteriorating spine/wonky gait. Don't let the prices turn you off of Renew, both of their locations are stacked with a roster of professionals ready to deliver amazing service.

My husband got me a 60-minute massage for Mother's Day and it was wonderful. Emiliana was my massage therapist and she was very thorough in understanding what I was looking for and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The heated massage table, aromatherapy add-on (thanks babe!), hot towels, etc. It was a glorious 60 minutes, and I'd happily recommend Renew to anyone in the Denver area looking for a relaxing treatment. Emiliana mentioned to me that she specialized in prenatal and postpartum massage, which I would've definitely loved to take advantage of while pregnant or newly postpartum.
