This review is long overdue, my first appointment was with Tammy at the Applewood location about 5 years ago. I was looking for a massage therapist but instead I found the hands of a god. She kindly removed all my knots and aches. Once I got pregnant she give me my first prenatal I was so nervous but Tammy reassure me and she helped me so much. She moved to management so then I moved on to KJ (Denver location). KJ is the best massage therapist she helped with sciatic pain and she made my pregnancy a beautiful experience. I had so much aches from carrying a big baby every time I laid on her table my whole body was in heaven. After postpartum KJ was part of my healer team between Jess they were able to help me not only physically recover but mentally as well. Jess listened to me and cared for me so much, she has a special place in my heart. KJ helped me through my postpartum surgery. Grateful for both of them dearly. Recently I have been seeing Jess and Erin at the applewood location now Lakewood location. They’re both amazing people and they’re hands down great. Thank you all at Renew Massage the whole time is amazing. I kindly suggest for book your appointment, I recommend the whole team.

Outstanding experience every time! I've been going to Renew for prenatal massage and have seen multiple practitioners. I have yet to have an experience below 5 stars. The new location is beautiful too!

I received a gift card for a therapeutic massage at Renew. It was probably one of the best massages that I've had. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable. I was impressed enough that I signed up for their membership, which offers a discount. I will defiintely be going back.

Tracy did an amazing job! She was very detail oriented and made me feel very taken care of throughout the massage. She communicated everything she was going to do in a way that made me feel very safe. I came in feeling tight and anxious and left feeling relaxed and calm.

i seriously had SUCH an incredible experience here. I've been to Renew once before, and my massage therapist then was great, but this time, i had Indigo, and... wow. Never in my life have i had such a deep, relaxing, affecting massage. Beforehand, she asked about my needs, and despite my inability to fully articulate normal things, she absolutely understood where i was coming from, and held nothing back! I'm not even kidding... . i can *feel* areas of my body that i didn't even realize i was missing feeling in! Oh, also - the entire facilities are incredibly clean, the vibes are absolutely perfect, and the entire booking and check in / check out process is incredibly easy
