By booking a massage at Renew Massage Studio you agree to follow our policies.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment. Either scenario will result in the credit card on file being charged the full cost of the booked service.
We will refund the charge if we can fill your spot. The more notice you give us for a cancellation, the easier it will be to fill your spot.
Health & Safety Protocols:
Hand sanitizer is available upon entry and in every treatment room.
Rooms and massage tables are disinfected after every client.
Clean blankets and linens are always provided for every client.
Common areas are sanitized regularly.
Please let your therapist know if you’d prefer them to wear a mask during your session.
Sick Policy
We have a strict no-sickness policy for our staff and will do our best to try to find coverage for your appointment if your scheduled therapist is feeling ill. If we cannot find coverage, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Massage is not recommended for clients who are feeling ill, and can make your symptoms worse and last longer. Please do not book or keep an appointment when you are sick.
Late Clients
Please notify us as soon as possible if you will be late for your appointment. Late appointments are charged at the full booking price, not the length of time you receive.
After 20 minutes with no communication from the client, we will consider the appointment canceled and will charge the card on file.
Booking Requirements
All appointments must have a valid credit card number on file to book.
Our booking system requires your credit card to be on file before booking, and we do not charge in advance.
Payment & Gratuity Policy
Payment is due at the end of your session.
We accept credit cards, Renew gift cards, and cash.
Gratuity, while not required, is always welcome. A 20% tip is standard if you are pleased with your service, and you are welcome to tip as much as you feel comfortable. 100% of tips go to the therapist.
At this time, some HSA cards work and some do not. Our payment processor doesn’t always accept them even if your insurance is OK with massage. We can provide detailed notes and receipts for reimbursement.
HSA cards do not work for gratuity.
Session Policy
Please be aware that in a professional relationship, sexual intimacy, sexual innuendos, inappropriate comments, and/or touching are never appropriate. If this occurs, the session will be terminated immediately and will be reported to the proper agency.
Draping (being covered by a sheet) is required at all times for all treatment sessions and ensures the safety and security of the Therapists and clients.
Our Therapists reserve the right to end an appointment at any time if they feel threatened, or uncomfortable, or if they feel the client is acting inappropriately.
