Ellen is a warm and thoughtful presence at the front desk, drawing on more than a decade of customer service and client-facing experience to create a smooth, welcoming visit for every guest. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and an Esthetics License, a combination that pairs excellent communication with a grounded understanding of self-care. Described as cozy, attentive, goofy, kind, and bright, Ellen loves supporting clients as they carve out time to care for both mind and body. She finds real meaning in working within a business that champions healing and relaxation, and she takes pride in making sure each client feels informed, comfortable, and supported from check-in to check-out. When she isn’t at the studio, you’ll find her reading, practicing creative writing, or creating art - especially portrait painting and digital illustration.
