Renew Offers the Easiest Memberships in Denver!

At Renew, we believe we offer the simplest massage membership in Denver. Our goal is to make your experience as easy and convenient as possible, so you can enjoy a massage every month. If you ever decide to cancel your membership, just let us know – whether by phone, email, or in person. We don’t require cancellation forms or any complicated steps.

The Basics

No sign-up fee!
Prepay for the discounted massage of your choice every month.
$20 off every massage.
Cancel at any time.

How it Works

Select the massage that best suits your treatment preference (memberships are for 60-minute sessions or longer).
Once a month, on the day you choose, you’ll prepay for a discounted massage of your choice, and a digital voucher will be added to your account to use anytime.
This voucher is redeemable at both studios for the specific service you choose when signing up.
You can add time and add-ons to most massages (Cupping, Infused Oil, Hot Salt Stones, etc.) depending on your therapist’s modality offerings.
Your $20 discount may be redeemed for any massage appointment, not just the prepaid voucher.
Renew Massage Studio, LLC reserves the right to increase pricing for all sessions, and current members are still subject to any price changes that may occur.
Members who may have legacy pricing for their monthly voucher price will still pay the current price minus the $20 discount for all other massages.
You must have a valid credit card on file.

Massage Vouchers

These are meant to be used every month, so if you accumulate 4 or more massage vouchers, we will reach out regarding a membership cancellation or pause.
Massage vouchers roll over to the next month if unused.
You will not lose your accumulated massage vouchers if your membership is canceled.
Massage Vouchers expire after 5 years.

Pausing your Membership

You may pause your membership once per 12-month period.
Membership pauses can last up to three months.
Our memberships are intended to be utilized on a monthly basis, so if this frequency is too often you can take advantage of our Massage 3-Packs with discounted pricing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your Boulevard account and clicking to cancel, or reach out by email, phone, or text, prior to your next billing date.
Only 1 cancellation is allowed per 12-month period.
You cannot sign up for a membership for 6 months after a canceled membership.
Memberships with 6 months of inactivity (6 accumulated vouchers) may be canceled.

Important

Please note that membership discounts and vouchers only apply to the account owner and are not transferable and cannot be shared with other clients.
Membership account credits and vouchers are non-refundable.
We are unable to apply vouchers that are longer in length than the session booked.
The agreement is available to you in your client portal.
