What inspired you to become a massage therapist?

  • I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel their best, and massage therapy felt like the perfect way to make a meaningful difference in others lives.

 

What is your favorite modality or service to perform?

  • I like a mix of Swedish and deep tissue because it allows me to target problem areas and help clients experience lasting relief, while still aiming to be relaxing.

 

What kind of massage do you like to receive?

  • I love receiving Thai massages. It’s fun, engaging, and I always walk out feeling a foot taller

 

What do you love about being a massage therapist?

  • I love seeing the transformation in my clients, whether it’s relieving pain, helping them de-stress, or improving mobility. Assisting people to feel or function better is incredibly rewarding.

 

How did you get into massage and bodywork?

  • I had my first experience with massage while seeking relief for chronic tension and stress. Its brought such a huge improvement to my own life and it inspired me to pursue this career.

 

What does a typical session with you consist of?

  • I start with a quick consultation to understand my client’s needs and goals for the session and tailor the massage to what their body needs that day with a blend of techniques like deep tissue, trigger point therapy, or relaxation focused work.

 

Do you have any success stories over the years of being a massage therapist?

  • Being able to help my husband is one of the most rewarding views of success to me. Whether its to help him recover after intense sporting competitions, or relieving tension headaches, I love being able to support his overall well-being.

 

When you’re out having fun, what are you doing?

  • I’m usually out with my family, enjoying time together. We love discovering new experiences like exploring exciting places, trying different foods, or finding something fun and unexpected to do. 

 

How do you prioritize self-care and well-being as a massage therapist?

  • Staying hydrated, stretching, and setting aside time for myself to unwind. Some of my favorite me-time activities are bath bomb soaks, journaling, and coloring.
