What inspired you to become a massage therapist?

My mom has Multiple sclerosis(MS) and growing up I always told her that I was going to be on the team to help find a cure. As I got older I realized that probably wasn’t going to happen but I still wanted to help my mom. On my journey to helping my Mom, I stumbled across massage therapy and I thought it would be a perfect fit. 

What is your favorite modality or service to perform?

Deep tissue/ neuromuscular. 

What does a typical session with you consist of?

I like to see what the client’s needs are and build a session that will suit them best.

What do you love about being a massage therapist?

The ability to help people.

What kind of massage do you like to receive?

Anything therapeutic. 

Do you have any success stories over the years of being a massage therapist?

A client was dealing with numbness in their hand for years and after one session they started to get feeling back. 

When you’re out having fun, what are you doing?

I usually do something circus-related.

How do you prioritize self-care and well-being as a massage therapist? 

Self-care is very important to me to be able to give 100% to every client. You can usually find me at my circus gym getting into some movement therapy.
