Laurie brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and the wellness industry, including 15 years as a licensed massage therapist and front desk experience in both spa and chiropractic settings. While she has transitioned from providing massage to supporting the team from the front desk, she loves creating a welcoming space where clients can relax, feel comfortable, and leave feeling their best.
Outside of Renew, she enjoys gardening, painting, hiking with her dogs, dancing, reading, baking sourdough, traveling, and attending live music. Known for her kindness, creativity, and dependable nature, she's proud to support both Renew's therapists and the clients they care for every day.
