Alicia, Owner, B.S. in Health Science, Licensed Massage Therapist
Alicia is the Owner of Renew Massage Studio, LLC, and is passionate about providing excellent therapeutic massage services to our community. Alicia received her professional massage therapy certification in 2005 from the Southwest Academy of Natural Therapies in Grand Junction. Alicia also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from the University of Florida. Alicia’s intuitive and compassionate nature guides her as she practices therapeutic and treatment-based massage, focusing on individual aches, pains, and tension areas. She believes massage is important for physical and emotional health and well-being. Depending on the individual needs of each client, she incorporates a combination of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, and Stretching into each massage. She is also trained in Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, and Prenatal massage for expecting moms. She also enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors in our beautiful state of Colorado.
